Licensing of articles: Where PensionHelp grants an express licence, a single article may be licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis (and without a right to sub-licence) for a fixed period of 12 months for an upfront fee of $5,500 (incl. GST) (or on any other terms PensionHelp considers appropriate in the specific circumstances). Updated versions of the licensed article may be licensed on the same terms for an additional fee of $2,200 (incl. GST) for an additional period of 12 month term.
To enquire about licensing an article, please contact us.
Attribution: Regardless of the type of licence agreements that may be agreed to, you must attribute an article (or any extract of an article) when republishing under the licensing agreements; for example:
Copyright PensionHelp. This article originally appeared on PensionHelp.com.au – an Australian website simplifying the administration and application complexity of Social Security benefits for individuals and self-managed super funds.
Use fee: PensionHelp reserves the right to take legal action or take any other action it deems appropriate, including seeking injunctive relief, where any article has been republished without the prior written consent of PensionHelp, including in breach of any licensing agreement entered into between you and PensionHelp. Unless otherwise determined by PensionHelp, at its absolute discretion and on a case-by-case basis, PensionHelp considers the equivalent of ten times the regular annual licence fee as a genuine estimate of its losses for an unauthorised use of an article.
