What to expect next:

Centrelink will notify you via mail or your myGov account that you have appointed PensionHelp (SRG Applied Services Pty Ltd) as your Nominee. We will follow this process with Centrelink. Once this is processed, PensionHelp will complete your Centrelink service.

Some common timeframes:

  • Centrelink will take about 2 business days to process your new Nomination form. We will follow this and then commence your Centrelink Service.
  • Your reassessment will take about 1 to 2 weeks for PensionHelp to complete your current Income and Asset report. We will email this to you to review and update.
  • Your Centrelink claim will take 2 to 3 weeks for Centrelink to process. We will communicate any changes to this timeframe and manage any requests from Centrelink for further information.
  • If your claim involves investment real estate, a company or business, or a trust, this may take Centrelink longer to process. PensionHelp will continue to follow the progress and information with Centrelink and communicate with you.
